A COOL THING TO DO ON A HOT SUMMER DAY

Yesterday afternoon we were kinda bored, so we decided to take the kids to Bass Pro Shop, or "The Fishy Store" as it is affectionately called at our house.

We were happily surprised when we walked into the front door and saw my Uncle Duane working at the main entrance! We don't get to see him very often, so it was really nice to get to say hi to him!

Then we headed over to our kids favorite spot, THE FISH TANK! (which Kyle swears has sharks in it too!)
We then wandered around and looked at a few of the animals around the store. We took pictures by a few of them. We couldn't get the kids to look at the camera though.

This is in the fine gun room. We came here because Kyle remembered it from the last time we were there, and he wanted to go see it again. He says it's name is "LuLu" :) (one of the Characters on Kailan, one of his favorite shows)

Then the kids and I went to look at this big bear....

.....While Aaron went over to play with this.

After taking a picture with the bear, we headed over to watch Aaron shoot the air gun. Kyle wanted to try it too. So when Aaron's turn was over, he took Kyle over, and helped him shoot the air gun! KYLE had a BLAST!!! That was all he talked about for the rest of the night! :)

After Kyle's turn was over, we headed back downstairs, where Kyle asked to see the fishies one more time. So after stopping by the fish tank again, we stopped by to say goodbye to Uncle Duane, then we headed home.

We had so much fun, and the best part was that it was FREE!!!
