OUR FUN HALLOWEEN WEEKEND!!!

This year, both of the kids were really into the whole Halloween thing, and it made this weekend lots of fun!  However, unfortunately Aaron had to work so He wasn't able to celebrate with us, but we took lots of pictures for him!

SATURDAY:
Soon after Aaron headed off to work, the kids and I headed to Kimber's house where we carved our pumpkin!

Once our pumpkin was finished, got the kids into their costumes, and we all headed to my ward halloween party. 

We had lots of fun there!  We played games, ate hotdogs for dinner, ate popcorn for a snack, walked through the haunted house,jumped in a bouncy house, and went trunk or treating!

A quick story about the haunted house:  Kenzie had been asking to walk through the haunted house all night, and Kyle did not want to go.  So we fianally just all headed over there together, and David told Kyle that we were going into Mickey's Play House.  Through the whole thing, David kept saying "Mabye Mickey is around the next corner."  Kyle was scared through the whole dang thing, and Kenzie was absolutely silent. 

When we got to the ind, Kenzie said "I want to go again!"  So Uncle David took her back through the haunted house, and this time they saw a body laying in one of the corners.  He walked her up to it thinking that it was just a dummy, but all of a sudden it jumped up and scared her!  When they came back out of the haunted house, Kenzie ran up to Kimber with wide eyes and said "There are spooky things in there!" In a very serious voice.

After Trunk or treating, we headed home because it was way past bed time!  The kids were very, very excited, however, they were also very tired, and I had absolutely no problem getting them to go to sleep!

SUNDAY:

Sunday afternoon, again after Aaron left for work, we headed to my aunt and uncle's house!

We had quite the trick or treat group, and it was lots of fun!  By the end of the night each of the kids had an entire bucket full of candy!!!

 His costume was an air craft carrier. :)
