SHE'S THREE!

Today is Mackenzie's third birthday!

Her birthday party is planned for this Saturday, but we still wanted to do something special today. 

Before we got to do anything fun, we had to head to Aaron's work where he had to drop off some paper work.  We waited in the car, and the kids wanted me to take their pictures!

When Aaron got back to the car, we headed to our favorite park.  We had planned to let the kids play  for as long as they wanted to, but when we got there we found that they were in the middle of doing yard work at the park, and it would not have been very fun to play there. 

We had been promisng Kenzie a fun surprise for her birthday, so we quickly had to think of a back up plan.  We ended up deciding to head to Bass Pro. 

On our way to the main fish tank we noticed that they already had their Christmas tree up...... It's not even Halloween yet!

We had lots of fun watching the fish!

We then headed upstairs to let the kids play with the air shooting game. 

Kyle had lots of fun, but Kenzie wasn't very interested...... she decided to hang out in a tent that was on display instead. 

Then it was time to feed the fish!!!

On our way back out to the car we took one last picture.

Then we realized that it was lunch time.  So we listed off all of the cheep fast food resturants that we could think of, and we let Kenzie choose where we would eat lunch. 

Several hours later after dinner, we surprised the kids with mint chocolate chip ice cream!

Kenzie was so excited to be the birthday girl!  She got 3 phone calls wishing her a happy birthday, and many messages from family and friends on my facebook profile.  She LOVED talking on the phone, and she was very excited as I read all of her messages to her! 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY GIRL!!!  WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!
