Today we met with the doctor who will be operating on Aaron. We found out that this surgery has a pretty good chance of helping him get off of at least some of his medications if not ALL of them!
The surgery will take place 2 days before Thanksgiving. We're not too thrilled about the date, but it was the best option we had because the other date was right before Christmas, or else we would have to wait until next year.
After the surgery is over Aaron will most likely only have to stay in the hospital for one day. He will then have to stay out of work for one week. After that it will be six weeks of absolutely no lifting, and things like that.
The timing of everything will be a little difficult, but we will make it work!
We are super excited!!!
