IT'S TIME TO CELEBRATE!!!

Last night we decided to splurge a little bit and go out to celebrate Aaron's new job!

The first thing that we decided to do is go to dinner. We went to Red Robin and it was very yummy! This is one of our favorite restaurants because it is pretty reasonably priced, and it is usually pretty loud inside which means that it doesn't matter how loud our kids want to be in there.

However, this time we beat the dinner rush, and we were one of about 3 groups of people in the entire place. We didn't mind though because this meant that we got our food really quickly which was a good thing because I was STARVING!

After we were all stuffed, we headed to the park to play. We stayed there until the kids were worn out. They had so much fun playing, and they met a few new kids that they had lots of fun playing with!

We then stopped by Wall Mart which had absolutely nothing to do with our celebration, but we had a few things that we needed to pick up, and we figured we might as well stop by while we were out.

Our last stop was our very favorite ice cream shop, cold Stone Creamery! We each got a cup of ice cream, and then we came home to eat it!

Aaron loved his ice cream!

I couldn't even finish mine, I had to put it in the freezer for later.

Kyle finished every last drop of his ice cream!

Mackenzie didn't finish hers, but as you can see she enjoyed it very much!

After ice cream, the kids took some much needed baths, and then it was off to bed. They had absolutely no problems falling asleep thanks to our busy afternoon and evening!
