VISITING SANTA!!!

Since yesterday was Aaron's last full day off of work, we decided that we wanted to take the kids out to do something fun for family night.

So yesterday afternoon we wrote letters to Santa, and then we went to the post office to mail them.
Then we headed to Bass Pro Shop where the kids each got to have their picture taken with Santa! We weren't sure how the kids would react to Santa, because last year, Kyle wanted NOTHING to do with him! They were both a little shy, but they enjoyed sitting on his lap!

Each picture also came with a little card that allowed the kids to get a free kids meal at the Bass Pro restaurant. We had never tried the restaurant before, but he had been told that it was kinda expensive. So we went up to the front entrance where my Uncle happened to be working, and we asked him how expensive the restaurant was. He then gave us a coupon that we could use for our meals, so we decided to try it!

We then decided to walk around the store for a little while and take pictures by all of the Christmas things. Oh yeah, here are the pictures of the kids with Santa.

By the time we got outside, they had turned on the Christmas lights outside. So we took a couple of pictures.

We had lots of fun, and I am glad that we got the chance to do it before life starts getting a little crazy in a couple of weeks!
