OUR FIRST CHRISTMAS PARTY OF THE YEAR!!!!

Last night we had our annual Christmas party with my dad's side of the family. It is pretty much always a small gathering because many of our family members live out of state, but we always have lots of fun!

The party really got started for Kyle and Mackenzie when my dad showed up with doughnuts, and gave one to each of them before the real party actually started. :)

Then they had lots of fun hanging out with Kimber and David!

We always have a talent show, and this is the only thing I ended up taking a picture of from that. These are my cousins Trevor and Haley, and Trevor is playing us a song that he learned on the guitar.

Then we had the manger scene! When I tried to dress Kyle up as Joseph he threw himself down on the floor and said "NO, I want to be Kyle"

Haley was the angel as she is every year, Kimber & Kenzie were the shepherds, and Kyler & Trevor were their sheep! :)

My Uncle Daren was reading the story out of the Scriptures and right at the perfect time in the story Kenzie looks down into the manger and asks "what is that?"

Kyle ended up leaving the manger scene to sit by Aaron who was taking the pictures, and David was the Wise man.

Then it was time to break the pinata as is tradition!

We then went back in the house for doughnuts and hot chocolate YUMMY!

Everyone then got to choose a present that my grandma calls the piniata presents. They are just a little toy that go along with the pinata, but are too big to fit in it. Kyle got jacks, and he was SO PROUD!

Then it was time to head home, and I got pictures of the kids with my Grandparents (their GREAT GRANDPARENTS)

We had lots of fun, and we are so glad that we got to see some members of our family who we don't get to see very often!
