THE NEXT STEP TOWARD A JOB!

Today is the day that Aaron is scheduled to take an eight hour training class so that he can renew his unarmed security guard card. He will then have to go down to another place and have his finger prints, and picture taken, and all that fun stuff. Then, once the card arrives he can work as a security guard again!!! This isn't his first choice for work, but in the economy we will take what we can get.

It is kind of weird, sort of normal for the kids and I to be home alone for a few hours again. Even though Aaron's not technically working yet, It is starting to feel like life is getting back to normal. It helps me to see a light at the end of this very long tunnel of unemployment.
